磁器口古镇 (cí qì kǒu gǔ zhèn)
Located at No.1 Cinnan Street in Shapingba District, it was established during the Song Dynasty and is named for its production of porcelain. The ancient town features a unique geological layout of ‘one river, two streams, three mountains, and four streets,’ representing and symbolizing Chongqing’s ancient city. It retains a well-preserved collection of ancient buildings and showcases traditional performances such as oil extraction and silk spinning, alongside various traditional snacks and tea houses.
