Shanghai Disneyland, located in Pudong district, is a magical theme park featuring six themed lands, classic Disney entertainment, and unique cultural elements blending Chinese and Western influences. It opened in June 2016 and is one of the largest Disney resorts globally.
Must-see highlights
- Magical experience! The ‘Pirates of the Caribbean’ ride is uniquely designed for Shanghai and absolutely mind-blowing. Crowds can be intense, so plan ahead!
- Great for families, but food prices are higher than expected. Evening fireworks over Enchanted Storybook Castle are a must-see!
